She's still sweet-tempered and mild, if a bit distant and doesn't take well to being approached from the back, but she isn't afraid to fight back -- especially if the people she cares about are involved. Emma's struggling in starting things anew and living her life, and it's definitely not going to get any easier if a masked killer makes a comeback or if any otherworldly creatures decide to terrorize her this time.

Strolling into Hawkins wasn't meant to last more than a week to spread the word of Barb Holland's disappearance, but you can say she's got a soft spot for dead girls. And Camille won't stop till she gets to the bottom of the barrel in her pursuit for the truth.
Looking to play: In true SO canon, particularly the novel canon, teen!Camille actually fits in around the time period of the teen/YA characters so if anyone wants to do anything with that, I'm down. But as a general, I'd also love for Camille to just be a dysfunctional surrogate sister/aunt/mom to the kids (especially Eleven and Max, but Max would really remind her of her past & sister(s)) and the YA cast. I'm okay with shipping if it's post S2, but that entails a looooot of moral ambiguity and messiness (just like Camille). If the former, Mitsuko won BR and instead of merely being placed back among the population under government supervision) they decide to speed-lift her into becoming a spy due to valuable qualities she exhibited during the Program, covering up the deaths of her classmates as a freak accident on the way to their field trip. After a few years, she's sent alongside two other (much more experienced) agents posing as her parents; a nice, quaint family who just moved from Hawaii. It should be an easy job: blend in among her peers, don't draw too much attention, and prioritize the mission above all, even when whatever they're looking for is being withheld from her own knowledge. But bad girls don't follow the rules, even when their lives are on the line, and Mitsuko's been a rotten one for too long.
